The friendly and helpful staff really made us feel at home.
We expected more space in the room, especially for a family of four. It was frustrating to navigate around with limited walking room. Even with the amenities offered, my wife felt cramped, which really detracted from our overall experience and enjoyment .

It is a friendly hotel. We loved the soup in the evening. Didn't have to go out and it was delicious. Such a nice touch and wonderful after a day at Mayo.
No matter which Hampton we stay at, and we stay at one quite often, we find the mattress slides off the bed platform or box spring. It is amazing. It is the only reason we ever hesitate to stay at a Hampton. I'm sure others complain but it is always the same.

I likes that the pool water was warm and that it was a family friendly environment. Everything was neat and clean.

The location provided easy access to the nearby Mayo Clinic, a significant advantage. The staff consistently demonstrated politeness and readiness to assist. The complimentary evening soup was a surprising and good treat. The room had some cleanliness issues, including hair in the bathtub and remnants from previous guests, which detracted from our experience.

We didn't like service from Booked.net as we never received a confirmation e-mail showing rate and the counter attendant at rochester couldn't tell us either. only downside of the stay.

Family-friendly with a soup surprise
My kids loved the pool and hot tub,, they even planned a midnight swim after all the fun we had at the hotel!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but the comfort and amenities made it acceptable.

Slow check in. Only one person checking people in. Later, another person showed up and began checking us in. Third night...parties above us either checked in or came in at 2:30 AM and were noisy. Woke us up. Wi-Fi for only first day...not good if staying for three days.
